Cancellation Policy

Our policy allows for cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or reservation. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued or the reservation can be rescheduled for a later date without any penalties. In the event that a customer wishes to reschedule or cancel their appointment before the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost will be applied. This fee is designed to cover any potential losses incurred due to the late notice of cancellation or rescheduling. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may require changes to scheduled appointments. However, we kindly ask that customers provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. This policy helps us maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensures that our services are available to all customers who have made reservations. If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).
